Fics and a rec
I'm supposed to be writing and illustrating *gulp* my fic but I'm following a few fests in the times when work and bronchitis have left me too knackered to be creative. I only write one pairing regularly although I have dabbled with a few others in drabbles and short fics, but I read a wide range. I love Harry/Snape and threesomes with those two, and I read Lupin/Snape, and Harry/Draco, Snape/Draco and Snape with a range of others.

I've recently started reading het *makes sign against the evil eye* and I'm following the Snape/Hermione fest over on lj. There have been some great stories there. I love Snape/Hermione as a pairing for similar reasons to Snape/Harry; the characters strike sparks from each other. The latest fic was absolutely brilliant, hilariously funny and with another character whom I love, the gloriously snobbish, elegant and witty Lucius Malfoy. The fic is A Taxing Affair and it stars Hermione (who by now runs the country), Snape (spying again) and Lucius (having to go Muggle against his better judgment), Prime Minister Gordon Brown battling with the budget and a thoroughly unpleasant tax collector. For those who don't read het sex, treat it as gen, because the sex isn't explicit. It'll be worth it for the wonderful banter. When Hermione decides she wants Snape, she finds that his best friend comes as part of the package...
